Jerk Cauliflower Recipe

Spice up your vegetables with 123Jerk. Jamaican Jerk grilled vegetables are a perfect combo of sweet and spicy. These are so easy to make on the grill and a perfect accompaniment to meat or fish.

  • Tip: Make-Ahead: You can marinate (steps 1 & 2) the vegetables in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

1. Add Dry Jerk

Clean the vegetables and apply the dry seasoning to the vegetables.

2. Add Wet Jerk

Apply the wet marinade to the vegetables and let it soak for at least 1 hour.

3. Add Jerk Sauce

Grill the vegetables over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally, until well-cooked through 5 to 10 minutes (cover the grill for a smokier flavour). Transfer the vegetables to a platter and serve it with the 123Jerk! Sauce. The Jerk sauce is great for dipping vegetables. You can also use the Jerk sauce to make a delicious gravy.
