- 100g Jerk sauce (1 x 123Jerk! package)
- Half of each red, green and yellow bell pepper (125g total)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion (red or white)
- Coconut oil, vegetable oil or butter (1tbs)
- Water 300 ml (add extra water if too spicy)
1. Sauté Vegetables
Sauté the vegetables in coconut oil, vegetable oil or butter in a saucepan. Tip: add onions for extra flavour.
2. Pour Water
Pour 300 ml water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Add Jerk
Add the Jerk Sauce then whisk in the saucepan. Simmer until reduced. Serve and enjoy 🙂
